In these terms and conditions “we”, “our” and “us” means Impact Distribution Ltd, “you” refers to you the customer. “Dollar” constitutes New Zealand dollars only.
We suggest that you carefully read the terms and conditions that are detailed below as these terms and condition constitute the agreement between you and Impact Distribution Ltd when you purchase goods from our website. No other external terms and conditions are applicable to this website and business.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
The terms and conditions are the terms on which Impact Distribution offers you access to the services of our website. By registering as a member with us, or purchasing products from us, you are acknowledging that you have read these terms and conditions of sale and that you acknowledge that your purchase from us is subject to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen years old.
Please note that from time to time, these terms and conditions may change. We therefore, recommend that you review these terms and conditions on a regular basis to identify any changes that may affect you.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Goods and services tax is applicable on all our products. As you will note from our website, and in our catalogues, all prices include GST. The current rate of GST is 15%. This rate may change in the future and will be based on New Zealand legislation. The prices indicated for products exclude freight and handling.
Pricing
Payments are processed in real-time, which means, a full payment of your order is required at checkout and funds will be debited immediately.
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars. Impact Distribution will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.
If a price changes on the our website before you place your order, We at its discretion, reserves the right not to honour this price.
Our website prices and offers may vary from other stores’ prices due to website specific sales and promotions.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via Visa or MasterCard, including credit cards and debit cards. Payments are processed in real-time, which means, a full payment of your order is required at checkout and funds will be debited immediately.
All transactions are processed by Stripe and therefore comply with their strict privacy and security policies. No credit card information is shared or stored by this site.
Product Availability
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. We will use our best endeavourst o supply you with the product ordered. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available.
In the event that you place an order a product that is out of stock in our warehouse, we willendeavour to notify you as soon as possible that your order is Incomplete and we will do our best to advise you of an estimated time of arrival for those products out of stock if such information is available. If necessary, we may offer you an alternative item of equal value or refund for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
Delivery
Impact Distribution Ltd will make every attempt to dispatch your item as soon as possible. Your order is delivered to you by an Independent courier company. The courier companies that we use pride themselves on a very high level of service and performance.
We highly recommend that you choose a delivery address, where during the main course of the day someone is present to accept your delivery. Your workplace is the ideal delivery point. We do not deliver to PO Box at this stage.
Delivery attempt usually will be between 9:00am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is present when our courier company attempt to delivery, they will either leave a card to call back or attempt the delivery the following day.
Product Damaged in Transit
Items purchased from Impact Distribution Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon dispatch from us. We take great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. We advise for you to inspect all cartons and confirm the contents of all packages at the time of delivery.
If goods appear damaged, we strongly advise for you to not sign for goods, reject the delivery and take photos that clearly show the product’s damage to the packaging. Please Contact us via email at support@impactdistribution.nz within 48 hours of attempted delivery for us to help rectify the issue for you.
We will do our very best to arrange a replacement and pickup of damaged goods for a damage assessment. Please note that for you claim to be accepted the item must be put back to its original packaging as the couriers assessment team will need to see how it was packed.
If goods are signed for at the delivery address and we have not been contacted within 48 hours, you are therefore are accepting the delivery in good condition and you waiver the right to compensation by Impact Distribution, the supplier and the applicable courier service – including but not limited to repair, replacement goods or refunds.
Product Lost in Transit
If your item did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after being dispatched, the first thing to do is to check the tracking number you received on the Couriers website. If you are unable to get any further information please contact us at support@impactdistribution.nz with your concern and order number within 7 working days of when the parcel should have arrived. We will lodge an investigation on your behalf to the applicable courier service.
Courier Company will then proceed through investigation process which usually takes up to 2 days but can take up to 2 weeks to finalise. Once we have a response from Courier Company, we will resolve the issue for you.
Please note that although we will happily lodge an investigation on your behalf, we will not be responsible for compensation to you, of any sort, due to the loss of orders or damaged items when goods have been left without a signature.
Product missing in Order
Please contact us at support@impactdistribution.nz within 5 working days of receiving the parcel. We will try our best to rectify the issue which may include investigation at our logistics centre. We will send you the missing item if it is proved to be our mistake.
Please note we bear no responsibility for items not reported as missing in the five working days following delivery.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple items from us, orders may have been combined into the same box, so please check all packages thoroughly before progressing.
Occasionally orders may be shipped as separate packages, the boxes will be labelled as Part 1 of 2 etc, if any boxes are missing from your delivery please contact us immediately.
Incorrect Goods Supplied
In the unlikely event if we have supplied you with an incorrect product, please email us with your order number, the product ordered and the product received to support@impactdistribution.nz, within 48 hours of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Provided the item is unopened and in mint condition, we will arrange for a pickup and we will arrange the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect product back.
Change of Mind / Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store so if for any reason you wish to return a product to us, we are more than happy to assist you.
Once the payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled and refunded.
However we do understand that people change their mind all the time! If the order has not been dispatched by the time we were contacted, we will void your order and issue a full store credit to your online account. If the order has been dispatched, you are welcome to return the item to us within 7 working days (starting from the first day you receive the item) for a full store credit to be issued, minus any shipping costs. The return of the item will be at the cost of the buyer. Please note all store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
The item(s) must be returned to us in “As New” condition with all internal and external packaging,
accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals.
Faulty Products
Impact Distribution ltd takes a pride in supplying premium quality products. If goods are found to be faulty, please follow below steps to process a claim:
1. Contact us at support@impactdistribution.nz within 48 hours of delivery for us to help rectify the issue for you. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, a photo of the faulty product, a photo of the packaging and your complete contact details including contact email. Note that if the product shows damage on the exterior packaging, this is usually due to damage in transit – if the products have been signed for, you are therefore accepting the delivery
in good condition and you waiver the right to compensation by Impact Distribution, the supplier and the applicable courier service – including but not limited to repair, replacement goods or refunds
2. The product must not have been used or washed.
3. We will advise you by return email what the next step is which is on a case-by- case basis.Impact Distribution and its supplier’s reserve the right to assess the condition of the faulty goods prior to offering a repair or replacement. We will do to the best of our ability to advise of the most economical means to have the issue resolved in a timely manner. This may result in the productneeding being sent back to us.
5. If deemed to be a manufacturing fault, the product or part will most likely be repaired or replaced. In the case where a product or part cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer you a refund on the product or part.
Warranty
All warranties are manufacturer’s warranties. Manufacturers are entitled to attempt to repair a product before offering an exchange or refund.
We will require you to provide us with receipt of proof of purchase. Warranty periods are as stated for individual items. The Manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of invoice. Cost of freight for the returned product for repair, will be your responsibility. If the product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault, we will reimburse the cost of freight for the faulty product.
Refunds
In the event of products not being available for supply to you after your order has been placed with us we will refund for either part of the order or for the entire order.
All refunds will be made the same way as the original payment method was made in favour of the person or entity on the original transaction
Credit Card Frauds
Impact distribution have implemented latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for its transactions with our customers.
When purchasing on our website, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. You can rest assured knowing that any credit card and sensitive financial information you provide us is fully secure.
We don’t store any sensitive credit card information on our website. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted protection is used for all credit card and financial transactions and this information is sent directly to our partner Stripe (Sister Company of PayPal).
